Straight answers
Does paying you change my verification?
No. Verification is rigid methodology - it is checked against the body that issued the license. Paid products are operational tools; they do not influence the verification decision. Our editorial firewall is published at /about/editorial.
Can I just have the free listing forever?
Yes. Free verified listings are the default. Workflow and Verified Consult are additive, opt-in products. Declining them does not remove or demote your listing.
Do you resell my patients?
No. Patient inquiries routed through Verified Consult are exclusive to the receiving clinic. We never resell the same consult to a second clinic.
What if something on my listing is wrong?
Every listing has a corrections form. We re-verify against the source and update the record within 48 hours. If your license record is wrong at the licensing body, we help you file the correction with them.
Why should I join the Workflow design-partner cohort now?
Cohort clinics get locked-in pricing for 12 months, keep a direct line into the roadmap, and see their feature requests prioritized. Once Workflow is generally available, the price and the access model change.
How do I get on the directory if I am not on it yet?
Submit your clinic through /claim. We verify against the issuing body and publish if the record checks out. No fee for inclusion.
