LicensedPsychedelics, Inc. operates licensedpsychedelics.com, a directory of US psychedelic therapy providers and related editorial content. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Not medical advice

The site is for informational purposes only. See our Medical Disclaimer. We do not provide referrals, bookings, or treatment.

3. Directory listings

Free verified listings are published when we can confirm a provider's active license with the relevant regulator. Featured placement is a paid, clearly disclosed tier that does not affect verification rigor. Lead-generation billing is a separate product governed by a signed provider agreement.

Providers may claim their listing, correct inaccuracies, or request removal by emailing verify@licensedpsychedelics.com. We review removal requests within 72 hours.

4. No scraping

You agree not to use automated tools to extract data from LicensedPsychedelics beyond the rate limits of standard browsers. API access is available to researchers and press on request.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LicensedPsychedelics is not liable for any decision you make based on listing information, including but not limited to treatment choice, provider selection, or insurance billing outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (which for individual visitors is $0).

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware state or federal court.
