Is a verified listing really free?
Yes. Patients benefit from the most complete, credentialed directory possible and that only works if listing is free. Workflow and Verified Consult revenue funds the verification operation.
Why no flat-fee listing tier?
Clinics should not have to pay to appear in a directory they already belong in. Paid tiers exist only where they deliver measurable operational or revenue impact - workflow software you use every day, or qualified patient routing you can attribute revenue to.
What does Workflow actually do?
Operational software for the front of your clinic. Referral intake forms with clinical pre-screening, insurance and Spravato eligibility checks, reputation and review management, waitlist capture with automated follow-up, and a benchmarking dashboard showing how your clinic compares on volume, modality mix, and insurance coverage in your state.
How does Verified Consult routing work?
A consult is qualified when a patient (a) requests a specific modality you offer, (b) is in your service area, (c) clears a clinical screener, and (d) is reachable and non-duplicate. Exclusive leads, priced between $75 and $250 depending on state, modality, and insurance complexity. Duplicates and spam are refunded automatically.
Do you take a cut of treatment fees?
No. We are not a booking platform. Patients contact clinics directly; treatment fees go to the clinic.
Can Workflow or Verified Consult customers get preferential verification?
No. Verification is a binary check against the issuing body. Paid products affect workflow tooling and lead routing, never the verification decision. The verification methodology and change log are public.
