Is a verified listing really free?
Yes. We believe patients benefit from the most complete, credentialed directory possible - and that only works if listing is free. Featured and lead-gen revenue funds the verification operation.
Do you take a cut of treatment fees?
No. We are not a booking platform. Patients contact clinics directly; treatment fees go to the clinic.
How do qualified leads work?
A lead is qualified if the patient (a) requests a specific modality you offer, (b) is in your service area, (c) is reachable, and (d) is not a duplicate or spam. Duplicates and spam are refunded automatically.
Can featured clinics get preferential verification?
No. Verification is a binary check against the issuing body. Featured placement affects ranking and profile richness, not the verification decision.
